ARB Collective works between industrial operators and a network of foundries, machine shops and manufacturers. When a part is available we source it. When it is not, we survey the worn one, draw it and have it produced.
How we work
Most of what we supply starts as a problem on a machine rather than a line in a catalogue. A part has worn out, the original supplier no longer makes it, or the lead time does not fit the maintenance window.
We survey the installed component, produce the drawing, and place production with the partner best suited to the material and the tolerance — a foundry for cast wear parts, a machine shop for turned and ground components, a fabricator for structural work.
The result is delivered to site ready to fit, with the specification documented so the next replacement is a repeat order rather than another survey.
